What is a split system air conditioner?

This type of heating and cooling is powered by electricity, however, it still uses a gas, which is contained within the unit for its lifetime. Using inverter technology with increased energy efficiency, it varies its energy consumption based on the requirements of the room to maintain the set temperature.

For example, a 7kW split system can operate between 1.1kW to 8.3kW. The most common split system installation methods are wall-mounted. Involving both an indoor and outdoor unit piped together.
